This website features a category of articles known as ‘Historic Headlines’ which features authentic news articles that ran in papers throughout the United States in the 1800’s and 1900’s. The articles featured in this category are copied exactly as they appeared in their respective papers at their time of publication. Currently, all articles featured in both ‘Historic Cryptid Headlines’ and ‘Historic Oddity Headlines’ are found through the use of various online digital newspaper archives.
The archives used for this collection are as follows: The Library of Congress: Chronicling America, BadgerLink, Wikipedia Newspaper Archives, and Google News Archive Search

In regards to any monetary donations made to The Pine Barrens Institute:
This website allows you, the reader, to make monetary donations to The PBI if you so choose to do so. These donations are transferred from the sender (you), to the receiver (The PBI) through the assistance of two outside websites, Ko-fi and PayPal.
